Integrations
Intellicoach integrations: from the first DM to the booked call.
Intellicoach connects to the channels where leads message you, the calendar where calls get booked, and the tools your team already works in. Here is exactly what connects, what each connection does, and where its limits are.
Ok I am in. When can we talk?
Great! What timezone are you in?
Central
I have Wednesday 1pm or 3:30pm Central open. Which works better?

You are set for Wednesday at 3:30pm Central.

Messaging channels
Where your leads already message you.
One setter, one set of scripts and rules, across every connected inbox. Instagram and Messenger connect through Meta's official API, not a browser bot that logs in as you.
Connects to professional Instagram accounts (Business or Creator) through Meta's official API. The setter answers DMs, and your comment keyword, DM keyword, and story reply settings decide which conversations it starts or picks up.
Facebook Messenger
Meta official APIThe same setter, scripts, and rules run in your Facebook Page inbox, also through Meta's official API.
Intellicoach supports WhatsApp, connected through Meta's WhatsApp signup flow, so leads who prefer WhatsApp get the same qualification, follow-up, and booking.
X
Paid add-onX DMs are available as a paid add-on with a monthly usage cap, for coaches whose audience reaches out there.
Working on Meta's official API means the setter follows Meta's messaging rules, including the 24-hour messaging window for follow-ups. See how it works on Instagram in the Instagram AI appointment setter overview. TikTok is coming soon.
Booking and calendars
Three ways to get the call booked.
Send a booking link, or connect Calendly or GoHighLevel so the setter books on your real availability without the lead leaving the DM.
Calendly
The setter reads your live Calendly availability, offers only real open times, collects the details your event needs, and books the call without the lead leaving the conversation. It can also reschedule.
GoHighLevel
The same live booking on the GoHighLevel calendar you choose, with the contact and a booking brief written back into GoHighLevel. The full breakdown is below.
Any other calendar
Use Cal.com, Acuity, Typeform, or another tool? The setter sends your booking link, and your tool reports bookings to your Intellicoach booking webhook URL so the conversation is marked booked. The AI does not see availability or book on these calendars.
What happens after the booking matters too. Bookings made through Calendly or GoHighLevel are recorded on the conversation automatically, and every call can be marked as showed up, no-show, cancelled, not a fit, did not close, or closed with its deal value. That is what powers your funnel from first DM to closed client.
GoHighLevel AI setter
A GoHighLevel AI appointment setter that lives in your DMs.
If GoHighLevel already runs your calendar and CRM, keep it. Intellicoach handles the sales conversation in your DMs and books straight into the GoHighLevel calendar you choose, from live availability.
You do not need to rebuild anything in GoHighLevel workflows. The conversation logic (scripts, qualification, objection handling, follow-ups, and guardrails) lives in Intellicoach, and GoHighLevel receives the result: a booked appointment and a contact with the context your closer needs.
If you would otherwise build a setter inside GoHighLevel yourself, you would be maintaining the prompts, triggers, and workflows that run it. With Intellicoach, your DMs connect directly through Meta's official API and the setter is the product, so your CRM stays a CRM.
Step 01
Connect in a few clicks
Sign in to GoHighLevel from your Intellicoach settings, choose the sub-account, and pick the calendar calls should land on.
Step 02
The setter qualifies in the DM
Your script, required questions, and objection guidance run in Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, or X. GoHighLevel is not in the loop yet.
Step 03
It offers real open times
When the lead is ready, the setter reads live availability from your GoHighLevel calendar and offers only slots that are actually open.
Step 04
It books the appointment
The setter collects the details the booking needs, like name and email, then books the appointment in GoHighLevel from inside the conversation.
Step 05
Your CRM gets the context
The contact is created or updated in GoHighLevel, and an Intellicoach booking brief is added to the appointment with the lead source, a conversation summary, prospect details, and call prep notes.
Intellicoach runs the conversation
- Your DMs, connected directly through Meta's official API
- Scripts, required qualification questions, and objection guidance
- A memory of everything the lead already told you
- Stage-based follow-ups when a lead goes quiet
- Handoff and disqualification rules checked before every reply
- Outcome tracking from booked to showed up to closed, with deal value
GoHighLevel keeps the records
- Your calendar, availability, and appointment settings
- The contact record, with details collected in the DM
- The appointment, with the Intellicoach booking brief attached
- Your pipelines and the CRM your team already works in
Do not use GoHighLevel? You do not need it. Calendly or a plain booking link works just as well with the setter.
CRM and team
Keep your CRM and your team in the loop.
The setter works in the DMs. These connections make sure the people and systems around it know what happened.
GoHighLevel
Contacts are created or updated when the setter books, with a booking brief on the appointment. Keep GoHighLevel as your CRM of record.
Kommo
Tags a Kommo lead when the AI is switched on for that conversation and moves booked leads to the pipeline stage you choose. Available by request.
Slack
Alerts in the Slack channel you pick when a call is booked, a thread is handed off to you, a lead is disqualified, a low-confidence reply is held back, a follow-up reminder is due, or a connection needs attention.
Ads measurement
Tell Meta which DMs became calls and clients.
If you run Meta ads to your DMs, a message is not the result you are paying for. Intellicoach can send booked and closed events to Meta's Conversions API, so Meta receives the events that matter to a coaching business: a booked call and a closed client.
The Meta Conversions API setup guide walks through connecting your Meta dataset.
AI assistants
Run Intellicoach from Claude or ChatGPT.
Intellicoach has an MCP connector you add to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector. Ask your assistant for a pipeline briefing, pull up a transcript, check your analytics, or have it adjust a script or setting when you ask.

FAQ
Integration questions
No. Intellicoach connects directly to Instagram and Facebook Messenger through Meta's official API, and supports WhatsApp and X. You can book through a plain booking link or Calendly. If you already run GoHighLevel, connect it and the setter books straight into your GoHighLevel calendar.
Calendly and GoHighLevel. With either one connected, the setter reads live availability, offers only real open times, collects the lead's details, and books (or reschedules) the call inside the DM. Any other calendar, such as Cal.com, Acuity, or Typeform, works through your booking link plus a booking webhook that reports bookings back. The AI does not book on those calendars itself.
Intellicoach is not configured inside GoHighLevel. Your DMs connect to Intellicoach directly, the setter runs the whole sales conversation with your scripts, qualification rules, follow-ups, and guardrails, and GoHighLevel receives the result: an appointment on your calendar and an updated contact with a booking brief. You do not build GoHighLevel workflows or prompts to make the setter work.

Yes. Intellicoach has an MCP connector you add to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector. Your assistant can read your pipeline, transcripts, and analytics, and change settings when you ask. It never writes or sends messages to prospects.
